  cans LAZIO Gourmet Albacore Tuna in Olive Oil
4 large ripe tomatoes, cored, cut in wedges
1/2 large red onion, cut in thin slivers
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
2/3 cup canned, drained garbanzo beans
3 T. chopped fresh parsley
32 Greek olives
3/4 lb. feta cheese, crumbled
Red wine vinegar
Extra virgin olive oil to taste.
 
Combine tomatoes, onions, Albacore, oregano, garbanzo beans, olives, parsley and feta cheese in a large bowl. Ingredients should then be coated lightly with oil and vinegar, to taste. Serve with crisp lettuce greens, if desired. Serves 4.
