Extra virgin olive oil to taste. |

| Combine tomatoes, onions, Albacore, oregano, garbanzo beans, olives, parsley and feta cheese in a large bowl. Ingredients should then be coated lightly with oil and vinegar, to taste. Serve with crisp lettuce greens, if desired. Serves 4. |
